There have been a lot of apps I have been exploring lately, and I thought I would share some ones that I found particularly useful!
PackPoint on Apple and Android
I am a terrible packer.
I have been on multiple trips where I have more than enough outfits and pairs of shoes, but I forget something critical, like underwear, or device chargers. During this trip, hubs told me that he forgot to pack underwear. I didn’t judge because I have been in the same exact situation before. However, since I’ve downloaded PackPoint (on Apple and Android) this his been a problem of the past!
You tell the app where you’re going, for how many nights, and what activities you plan on doing and it will generate a packing list for you. It’s not include your make up or skin care routine. I have those packed in little bags already so I don’t have to unpack and repack them again at a later time.
Tripit has magical elves that gathers all your travel data together.
Flights, lodging reservations, car reservations, etc and puts it together into a itinerary for you that’s in one place instead of flipping through multiple email files or pages of confirmations. It will also give your directions to your destinations like from the airport to your lodging reservations!
This is more for international trips. It is a currency, temperature, speed, weight, etc converter.
I couldn’t find this same app for Android, but I’m sure there are comparable products.
Happy Travels!
